Rules and Regulations


Admission for LKG, the candidate must have completed 3 years of age on 31st May of the Academic year in which the admission is sought. The corresponding age requirements are to be applied for the other classes too.
Pupil seeking admission for LKG and UKG must submit their birth certificate. Transfer Certificate of the previously studied school is a must for the rest of the classes.

School Uniform

  • White uniform, white shoes with white socks must be worn on Mondays.
  • Blue Uniform, black shoes and blue socks must be worn from Tuesday to Friday.
  • Sports Uniform must be worn on Saturdays.


No student shall be absent from the class without sufficient reason. Parents / Guardian must clearly state the reason for the absence in the Leave Record of the School Diary.

Students are not allowed to go out of the campus during school hours, including recess time.

Those who absent themselves without prior permission shall not enter the class without the Principal's permission. Unauthorized absence for more than 15 days will lead to removal from the rolls.

Students suffering from contagious diseases will not be permitted to attend school. In case of serious illness the Principal must be informed within 5 days or it will lead to removal from the rolls.

Students of classes VII, VIII, IX, X, XI & XII will have special classes during the month of May Attendance is compulsory.

School Bus

School Bus will be available on selected routes. Students are expected to be well behaved and quiet while waiting of the bus - stop and while traveling in the school bus.

Fee Regulations

The Entirer fees for the Academic Year should be paid in three installments. Due dates for the payment of the tution fees are as follows.
First Installment - on or before 10th June
Second Installment - on or before 10th October
Third Installment - on or before 10th January

Defaulters & Remedy

Students who have not paid the tution fees as per the above schedule will pay a late fee of Rs. 100/- up to 5days from the last date. From the 6th day onwards they will pay a late fee of penalty Rs.500/- up to 10th day from the last date. Students who have not paid the tution fees before the expiry of the extended due date, he /she will have to be readmitted like a new admission.

Time for Payment of Fees

Fees shall be paid in the office between 9.00am and 1.00pm on all working days. Fees once paid will not be refunded. Payment of fees is the responsibility of the Parents / Guardians. No reminder will be given by the school.


Discipline is an integral part of the learning process. To develop self control and to live in harmony with others, respect family traditions and keep the laws of the country.

Speaking in English is compulsory within the school, in the school bus and while waiting at the bus stop to board the bus.

Every student shall endeavor to make the school proud by excelling in studies & good manners. Politeness, courtesy in speech & conduct as well as cleanliness and grace of person are to be cherished.

Parental Co - operation

Parents must attend the house meeting to get an update on their child's academic progress and conduct. In case the parent is unable to attend the open house it must be communicated to the class teacher. Parents must collect the report card within that week.

Parents / Guardians are not allowed to enter the class rooms. They can meet the teacher's only after getting permission from the Principal.

Parent Teacher Interaction plays an integral and active part in providing our students with the best educational facilities. The School conducts various meetings and workshops for parents and teachers that help in understanding the child better. Special talks on child psychology, parenting, peer-pressure, parents and adolescents etc are presented by recognized and knowledgeable individuals associated with the respective fields.


Application for withdrawal should be sent to the Principal. A week's notice in writing is required for the removal of a pupil. The requisition should be made by the Parent / Guardian of the concerned student.
Transfer certificates will be issued, only if all payments due to the school are settled. If a student is withdrawn in the middle of the term, the fees for the whole year must be paid. Bonafide certificate will be given on request by the parents. Request for Transfer Certificate, at the end of the Academic Year should reach the school office on or before 30th April of the year, Failing which full fee for th first term will be charged.


Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or malpractice in connection with examinations, conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school is sufficient reasons for the dismissal of the student.
